Compassionate care for the whole family.

Support That Meets You Where You Are

Hello there! My name is Megan (she/they), and I am a therapist specializing in working with children and individuals from ages 4 to young adults. I provide both in-person and virtual counseling services.
I believe that providing compassionate mental health services can be restorative and transformative for not only the client, but their whole family system. I have experience working with folks with a variety of issues including, but not limited to: trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment
issues, and behavioral and emotional issues. I have a particular passion for working with individuals in the queer community.
In my therapy practice, I aim to provide a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to therapy that empowers my clients and families, facilitates communication and healing, and fosters skills and self-love to weather life’s storms.
With younger clients, I often utilize child-centered play therapy, and my practice is firmly rooted in the belief that play is the language of children. With teens and adults, I often combine Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) practices as these modalities are designed to meet the client where they are at, and provide rich psychoeducational resources and insights.
I am passionate about my work and love collaborating within the community to help clients journey toward a holistic vision of wellness. Let’s walk together on the road towards healing.

Foundational values:

Thinking about therapy?

Therapy can be a supportive space to slow down, explore what’s going on, and work toward meaningful change. I work with adults, children, and adolescents, and I also support parents who are seeking guidance or care for their child. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, concerned about your child, or simply ready for something different, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

If you’re interested in working together or have questions, please reach out to the email or phone number listed on this site, or via Psychology Today. I look forward to connecting with you.
